15 years and going strong! My journey through Massage Therapy has never been a dull moment. I graduated from the Canadian Collage of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2011 and have found myself travelling the world through this amazing lens.

For the past 5 years, I have redirected my focus to face massage and the infamous Buccal Massage. Addressing tension in the face has a profound effect on our health, treating many issues such as headaches, jaw tension, and bringing blood flow to promote health in an area that is very much ignored in the massage scene!

I am a self-proclaimed dabbler. In my spare time I love exploring the culinary world, reading, spending time in the mountains, playing chess and scrabble, training for 1/2 marathons and practicing hygge to the fullest with my lovely fur ball, Bunny.
